I don't normally leave reviews but this was not a great experience. I called Coleman Mach about my short cycling AC unit and was referred to Blue Compass RV as an authorized service center for their units. Took the unit in and the folks were very nice but came back with the unit was 10 years old so it needed to be replaced due to drawing too many amps on startup (even though it was starting fine just short cycling on run). Their other option was to replace the motherboard which I agreed to. 1k later I pick up the unit after they say they had tested it and it and claimed it was working fine. I get the unit back home and it is doing the exact same thing. I climb up, pull the run capacitor and it tests out as dead (and even had a loose wire). I replaced the capacitor with a $50 replacement and now the unit is running fine. Service refused to do anything to "make this right" as they said the unit was over 10 years old and should be replaced. Not a good experience. On a plus side they did do a full axle service on the trailer which was fine and reasonably priced (hence the two stars instead of 1).

I would like to thank Brock in the service department in Colfax. He is the definition of what a professional service advisor should be. I have had several warranty repairs that needed to be completed on a new travel trailer purchased in January. He and the technician working on my unit were nothing short of professional. Kept me updated throughout the repairs and I was able to pick up my trailer in between repairs while parts were on order. He was very accommodating to my needs and I cannot thank him enough. I will continue to use this service department in the future.

We were travelling from texas to north carolina when our fridge went out in Tennessee. The horrible ammonia smell told me it was toast. I was on the way to Summerfield NC. I called Brock on Thursday. The fridge arrived on Friday (the same day we did) and they put it in on Monday. To help us stay on our trip. I can't say enough about this top notch business. I had a norcold which was discontinued and replaced by a dometic. They were able to reuse my trim (with some modifications) so my RV looks just like it did with my farmhouse cabinets.

We received our new Airstream today and were met with a first class presentation of the Trailor 25FBT international. These folks are incredibly buttoned up from Greg to Melinda to Tim and of course Brock and Karsen. If we live long enough will be back for the Classic 30 !!! Fabulous inservice of systems I love Greensboro’s hands on personal touch. They are a cut above other Blue Compass outlets !! Very satisfied! Campbells Hiltonhead SC

Thank you, Chad, for all your hard work. We knew the next RV was going to be an Airstream but we did not know who we would use to assist with the purchase until we found you on YouTube. We have watched so many of your videos and knew you had the most knowledge of all the models and then some. We were very comfortable with your online approach as you seemed very natural and comfortable. We did NOT experience any hard sales practices which we appreciated. The next day was reserved for picking up the new Airstream and all went well with that. From the orientation to the financing paperwork, we were out the door within 3 hours.
